Courses on fire-fighting and response to emergencies
In the People’s Republic of China, Solvay held courses during 2006, at its premises in Shanghai’s Pudong district, on responding to emergencies and fire-fighting. Solvay’s establishment is in the Zhangjiang Science Park, and representatives of the Red Cross and of the local fire brigade were welcomed as participants to the events.
